Application Process At-A-Glance

Step 1: Application. You will need:

1. Original passport with valid visa
2. A 2-inch passport-style photo, taken within the last three months.
3. Two years of school records where applicable
   
4. Completed Application Form (FC, JK and K applicants also need to fill out an additional school-readiness Questionnaire; elementary and middle school non-native English speakers should fill out an English Language Questionnaire.)
5. Signed Philosophy Statement, Eng/Korean or Eng/Chinese, and
6. Testing fee (500 RMB per candidate)
   

Step 2: Entrance test. You will need to:

1. Register to test if step 1 has not been completed;
   
2. Take the test (please see Timeline for testing dates details).
3. Foundation Class to First Grade candidates will not take the test.  They proceed to interviews directly.
   

Step 3: Interview.

You will be notified within three to five business days whether your test results meet the requirements and whether you will proceed to the interview phase.    

After the interview, the principal will consult with the teachers and you will be notified within three to five  business days whether  you have been accepted.

Step 4:  Preparation before the first day of school:

The following must be completed before school begins:

1. Medical Exam Form
2. Immunization Record
3. Medical Consent Eng/Chinese; Medical Consent Eng/Korean
   
4. All applicable fees paid (English, Korean, Chinese).
