2010  Entrance Tests Schedules

 

TIS will hold three entrance tests in year 2010-2011.  Once in April/May, once in August and the last one in December/January 2011.  

 

Below please find April/May testing information. 

 

Important:

Grades 4-12 applicants: Please bring your passport with you and check in 30 minutes prior to test time.

 

April 2010

 

Pre-registration for all grades:  

 

9:00am -12:00n, Monday, April 19

9:00am-12:00n, Tuesday, April 20

 

Documentations required or to be completed:

• One passport-style photo taken within the last three months
• Original passport 
• Copies of two years of school records where applicable 
• 500RMB Testing Fees
• Application for Enrollment  
• Signed Legal Release and Philosophy Statement
• ECC Questionnaire for Foundation Class, Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten applications
  
• English Language Questionnaire (Elementary and Middle School applicants only, not required for native English speakers)
  

 

Test Dates:

 

Grades 4-12: 9:00am-12:00n, Saturday April 24

Grade 1: 3:15pm - 5:00pm, Monday April 26. By appointment only.

Grades 2-3: 8:30am - 2:30pm, Tuesday, April 27 and Wednesday, April 28. By appointment only.

JK-K: 3:30pm-5:00pm, Tuesday, April 27. By appointment only.

 

Foundation Class for three-year-olds will interview on Thursday August 5 and Wednesdays August 11. 

 

 

May 2010

JK-K: 3:30pm-5:00pm,  Monday, May 10. By appointment only.
