Tuition and Fees

TIS determines tuition and fees on an annual basis, which is assessed at the time of spring registration. It is payable in accordance with an approved payment plan.  

Registration Fee and Capital Fee

Registration fee and capital fee are non-refundable annual fees and must be paid in full after acceptance in order to reserve a spot for the student for the academic year.  A student is not enrolled until these fees are paid in full.

Tuition Payments and Refund Policy

Parents are responsible for the payment of all school fees, which must be paid in full before report cards, diplomas and transcripts will be released. If a student withdraws early, tuition will only be refunded for full quarters not attended.

If a student applies and is accepted into the school some time after the commencement of the school year, tuition will be charged for the half quarter of entry and all subsequent quarters.

No portion of tuition shall be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion or disciplinary reasons.

Tuition payments are not transferable to another student.

Delinquent Accounts

Tuition payments are due to the school without a school invoice. If you would like to receive an invoice, please notify the finance department. Payments more than 10 days past due are subject to a 500 yuan late fee. If payments are more than 20 days past due, students may be excluded from classes until payment is made.

A student with an outstanding tuition balance will not be allowed to graduate without the consent of School Board. Also, no transcripts will be issued for students with outstanding balances.
